Jia(3) Xian [11739] He moved to Cangzhou to avoid the troubles caused by Ge(2) Hong (not in dataset). Ge Hong was originally a member of Hong(1) Ye's (not in dataset) bandit band. Hong killed Ye and took charge of his multitudes and proclaimed himself emperor (tianzi) and called his domain Qiguo. This took place in ca. 526, which is anachronistic given the lineage's history. Xie [11737], Xian's grandfather, was an official of Northern Qi, which was only established in 550. Xian's son, Chujing [11740], was an official under Sui, established in 581. |
