Feng(4) Jun [17176] He served with Liu(2) Bin, nephew of the short-lived Later Han's (Wudai) founder (r. 947-8, Liu(2) Zhiyuan (Gaozu) (son of brother, Chong [Min]). Gaozu raised Liu(2) Bin as his own son and when Gaozu's successor Yindi (r. 949-50), there was a movement to place Bin on the throne, but this was thwarted by the establishement of the Later Zhou (imperial lineage of Later Han not in dataset). Bin was Xiangyin gong, and after his death, Feng(4) Jun moved to Mengzhou, Heyang (modern Mengxian). See Renming da Cidian, 1451, 1491 and SS, 285.8a. |
