Wang(2) Jia [18283] He was selected to lead the local militia to protect Mizhou during the troubled years at end of Tang. His son, Hui [18284], who inherited his position, did in battle at end of Later Tsin, and Hui's son, Lian [18285], left the army for farming when Later Zhou emperor, Shizong, pacified Huaiyang. Lian's son, Ziyu's [1912] son, Zongdao (not in dataset) died early, and a younger cousin subsequently requested support for Ziyu's orphaned three daughters, according to Ziyu's SS biography. Huan(4) [2131], great grandfather-in-law of Shu(4) Zhengqing [18278] (q.v.) was a Mizhou resident and may or may not be the unnamed younger cousin, but was probably a member of this family, making Huan(4) a nephew of Lian.
