Bi(1) Zhen [18387] See documentation for descendants, Bi(1) Shian [8107] and Bi(1) Conggu [3709]. In his inscription for Congyu, Bi(1) Zhongyou [1417] traces ancestry from Gou [18384] through son, Kang (not in dataset), who died during the rebellion of An Lushan in ca. 755, Kang's sons, Jiong and Zeng (not in dataset), who both held office and a list of the four sons of Zeng who did not serve in government. He then traces Conggu's direct ancestors to a 5th generation descendant of Gou, Shuwen [18394], who served in government and who was Zhen's father. According to Zhongyou, the family had lived in Daizhou for several generations by the time of Zhen's son, Zongyu [18388]. The only logical conclusion is that Shuwen was a great grandson of another son of Gou and that the precise history of the lineage between Gou and Shuwen was lost. I am designating Shuwen as the person, who moved to Daizhou. |
