Du(3) Zhuixiang [21134] According to Chicheng zhi, 33.2a, Zhuixiang was the uncle (sic? lineage uncle) of Yan [1730], which would make him a lineal descendant of Nian [10665], who moved from Jingzhao to Shaoxing. I am creating a Du B [21135], who would have been active in ca. 970 as a grandfather, who moved from Shanyin county to Huangyan, the selection of a generation of move being arbitrary, but likely to have been at the beginning of the dynasty. Zhuxiang's son, Jianzhong [21136], according to the same source, had seven sons of whom Yi(3) [21137] was the eldest. The funerary inscription for Yi's grandson, Chun [1724], makes Yi's father, Ming, which may have been the mingzi and Jianzhong, the zi. I will, however, use Jianzhong. A great grandson of Zhuixiang, Ying(2) [21140], moved from Huangyan to Linhai. I am also assuming that Fan's [21146] great grandfather, Tingchen [21143], was a great grandson of Zhuixiang, who seems to have been the ancestor of all Taizhou Du. CBD, 2, 813. |
