Zhao(1) Shireng(2) [25265] The imperial clan genealogy is clearly corrupt at this point. Shireng's name does not appear, but the names of some of his sons do. Other sons' and grandsons' names have the correct generational indicator for the second character in their mingzi, but different phonetic elements. I am using the funerary inscription for the wife of his #8 son, Buya [25266], to count back and determine his son's and those of his elder brother, Shiyan(5) [25264]. For the names of his son's and grandsons, I use the names recorded in the Jiangxi TZ list, except for Buya, which have the correct generational indicator and address. SS(PRC), 224.6629.
