Zheng(1) Xie(2) [25834] He has the same generational name as Qiao(2) [11287], author of the Tongzhi. His gradnson, Chang [25832], was the grandson-in-law of an unidentified Su(1), whose highest office was Vice president of the Board of Rites (Libu shilang). Successive office-holding w/o jinshi and such affinal connections suggest membership in an elite Putian Zheng lineage and identified as such by making a nephew of Qiao(2)'s father, J [20193].
