Cao(1) Fu(2) [8132] His seventh generation ancestor moved from Taiyuan, Shouyang xian to Fujian in order to avoid the disorder of the Five Dynasties. He was buried in Nanjian, Shaxian and this became the address of his descendants. Both Fu(2) and his brother, Zhong [3871], earned their jinshi in 1100. Yang(2) Shi [2022] notes, in his introduction to Fu's funerary inscription, that since the founding of Song, the empire had enjoyed internal peace for nearly 200 years and that this had never happened since the Xia, Shang and Zhou. Fu's great grandfather married Deng(1) Shi and Lin(1) Shi, his grandfather married Deng(1) Shi and his father married Luo(1) Shi. His sons-in-law were Luo(1) Yong [3612], Lin(1) Ciying [3575] and Deng(1) Shirao [3932]. A good example of a multi-generational yindang. Fu(2)'s [1665] father.
