Wang(2) Qian [17816] According to Wang(2) Yang's [15443] funerary inscription for Qian's descendant, Yanlong [17821] (q.v.), Qian served Tang Zhaozong as Zhennan jiedu shi. With the disruption of the Five Dynasties, the lineage genealogy was lost and Yanlong's ancestry could only be traced through the previous 7 generations back to a Wang(2) Guo [17817]. At 30 years a generation, Guo would be a son of Qian or, at least, a grandson. Since Yang did not have this information, we can assume that the exact link between Qian and Guo was lost and that Guo was a lineage kin, I will make him a lineage (second) grandnephew.
