Yang(2) Xi [12358] This is the former Han ancestor of the Hongnong Yang. See entries in Renming Da cidian for him (p. 1274) and his other direct descendants. His descendant Zhen(2) [12357] seems to be the primary ancestor of NanBei Chao and Tang Hongnong Yang as well as the ancestor of Jie [12362], who moved to Zhongshan and founded the Zhongshan branch of the clan. See Zhou Jiayou, 4.473 ff., XTS, 71B.34a-34b and 43a ff. (for Zhen(2)'s descendants). |
