Zeng(1) C [13193] Most of the funerary inscriptions for members of this lineage trace their ancestors to Jinling residents who moved to Jizhou, Jishui county during the Five Dynasties. Yang Wanli's funerary inscription for Ji(2) [13199] (WJ, 131.16a ff.) identifies the ancestral home as Jinling, but the records that the immediate ancestor of the Jishui Zeng moved from Yichun during the Five Dynastieis, and in WJ, 130.10a rports two moves: 1st from Jinling to Yuanzhou and 2nd from Yuanzhou to Jishui. I therefore created a B [13196], who moved from Jinling to Yichun, and C, who moved from Yichun to Jishui. |
